With over 30 year career with Chubb Insurance, Rick Albers has inspected some of the largest homes and evaluated security for some of the largest private fine arts collections in the country. He has worked to appraise homes designed by architects such as Frank Lloyd Wright, Thomas Jefferson, Addison Mizner, Joseph Wyeth, Hugh Newell Jacobsen, Lawrence Hall Fowler, Horace Trumbauer, I.M. Pei, Stanford White, Norman Jaffe and Wm Lawrence Bottomley to name a few. Additionally, Albers historical homes in Colonial Williamsburg, the Octagon in the DC, Montpelier, Woodlawn, Poplar Forest, The Hermitage, Mt. Vernon, Monticello, Falling Water and commercial properties such as the Kimmel Center, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the US Holocaust Memorial Museum, the Newark Library & Ballantine House, Frist Center, NY Botanical Gardens Museum & Conservatory, and many more.
